The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is one of the oldest Non-Profit organizations in the United States of America. Its declared purposes are to practice its four cardinal virtues, Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its members; to quicken the spirit of American patriotism; and to cultivate good fellowship. Formed in 1868 and 1st known as the "Jolly Corks", Elks lodges around the country contribute greatly to the communities they reside in. Whether it's holding our annual "Hoop Shoot" or "Soccer Shoot" competitions, visiting Veterans, taking our Drug Awareness programs into schools, spreading the word about Americanism and Patriotism through our essay contests, the Elks are always ready, willing and able to lend a helping hand when needed. The Elks are always looking for people who want to help out too. Please continue to browse through this website and if you live in the area of one the above mentioned lodges, feel free to contact them and consider becoming a member today. Thanks for logging in and may God continue to bless you and this great nation!
